Chest Pains & shortness of Breath is it normal?

For the last week ive been feeling like my throat has been getting tighter and tighter but I think it has to do with my panic attacks since I can breath perfectly fine when I try but I still feel like I have shortness of breath in my chest.

Have also been getting stomach pains but a friend said they where common for anxiety and panic attacks.

I really am just looking for some answers since the throat thing has been giving me major panic attacks for ages but im not sure if its causing them or if its part of them.

Yes, I have had both and it is quite common to have these, either together or separately.

I know how scarey this can feel, but of course the more you worry about it, the worse it is likely to get!

If you haven't done so already, pop along to your GP for reassurance.

thanks for the replys so far. Have just been trying to get to sleep with no luck thanks to it since now the lump has moved all the way down the centre of my wind pipe and now it feels like ive got 3 of them one in my throat, one at my ribcage area and one below that.
what really has me worring though is when I drink stuff it makes the area where they are burn. Also is a stuggle trying to swallow saliva sometimes.
Anway am waiting to see a doctor but best appointment I can get is thursday evening.
