Happy new year everyone. Wondering if anyone else experiences this? Yesterday woke up with my neck muscle in a spasm. My chin kept wanting to go upwards a few times.
I've had it a few times in the past , went to see a chiro which did a cranial nerve exam on me, which came back normal and the spasms were due to the tight muscles relaxing during sleep( I've always had a tight neck). I got better with treatment and didnt get this spasms. Now they've seemed to come back with a vengeance. I feel a bit on my own with this cause my friends just look at me weirdly when I try to explain. I can feel them come on like a pressure then it starts
