Just started Escitalopram

5 days on 10mg daily, had slight morning anxiety and sweats. Main thing is I feel completely drained and no energy, feel quite numb?
Anyone experienced the same?

Those are typical initial side-effects of most SSRIs. While unpleasant they are not physically harmful.

How long do side effects last roughly?

A few weeks. How many depends on how the med meshes with your individual biology. Side-effects usually begin to moderate when an antidepressant's blood plasma levels stabilize to a steady state which for escitalopram is about 7 days, but they can linger for some.
