It'll be 3 weeks tomorrow on 20mg & I seemed to have normalised for the first 2 weeks.. back to wedding planning etc. & now this past week the silly thoughts have popped up again.

I don't know what to believe anymore.

I'm a bit done, to be honest.

It typically takes 4-12 weeks for ADs to kick-in from when a therapeutic dose - 20mg for citalopram - is first taken. Given you've been on it before it will more likely be toward the upper end of that range.
