early morning occasional "runs"-any ideas/similar experiences?

Anyone else had something similar? Any feedback appreciated and thanks in advance. About 3 weeks ago, was woken up by the severe "runs"-virtually all water. Also, bad burps until "emptied". All OK+ normal for 3-4 days and then same again! Now happened about 4 times in 3 weeks. No other symptoms, no diet change, no new meds. and rest of the time bowels normal. No pain-no cramp-no blood. Always happens first thing in the morning-been lucky so far and woke up in time. After an episode, and a few trips to the loo, all OK as if nothing had happened! Would really appreciate any input.

Yep I get this when I eat something that causes my IBS to flare up, I get it when I eat too much sugar, having a bout of this right now lasting all day.
