    Breathing-hyper vigilant

Hi all. I have had what seems a tight chest for a few days and went to the doctors last Thursday. I had basic observations and was given omeprozole. I have taken a few days and don’t feel any different. The feeling is like I have a shallow breath however I am starting to think being vigilant about it is making it worse? I think anxiety could be the issue but the doctor put it down to me putting on weight and reflux. I’ve gotta go back in 4 weeks but that doesn’t help my anxiety. Has anyone else had this type of feeling before and could it be that thinking about it is doing this? I’m sure when I take my mind of it when possible that it’s not as bad. I HATE ANXIETY
