Now Im having problems downloading from this site , I have a new computor and just dont know what im doing , I got it downloaded now it wont open ...
gggggggggggg . I have a vista computor so any help much appreciated .

Hi, I have posted about this site before, it really is excellent and my counsellor used the workbooks in my CBT Sessions.

There is also a DVD version of the website available, you can watch it online for free, or if your resident in Scotland you can get it for cost plus postage (Under £5). from the site, if your in England Wales or Ireland, its on Amazon.

This is because the DVD production was funded by the Scottish NHS.
