    Re: Work stress

Got some nice things planned for tomorrow. Am finding myself on the edge of a panic attack today, unfortunately, but I'm working on my breathing and taking everything one step at a time.

BlueIris I try to see as a high rise in anxiety which can be controlled. Also, if it happens, then you know the post of one gives you more calm. You can get through this.

    Re: Work stress

Just had a migraine aura, then started feeling shaky and tearful. Came home sick; boss gave me a lift so I think we're on terms again now. Going to try and sleep it off.

She probably realises she over stepped the mark yesterday.

Yes, try to sleep. I find if you can get a couple of hours it does reset you a bit. Take care

Hope you feel better soon. Good news about your boss giving you a lift, maybe it was an olive branch?

I think so, Catkins, yes. Just had an hour's nap and I'm definitely feeling a bit brighter.

Maybe she will think twice now before she speaks.

She was particularly kind when I rang her to say I had to leave, came straight down with her car keys.

Feeling like I can breathe properly now, I'm still cuddled up under the duvet but I've moved to the sofa.
