Sudden electric thud in chest. No like a PVC. Vagal Hyperactivity?

Yesterday I experienced a sudden electric feeling in my chest up to my neck. It stopped me while walking. Basically a reaction to assess myself of what happened. Since then itÂ’s happened about 6 times maybe.

It didnÂ’t feel anything like a ectopic beat as IÂ’ve had those for years now. This was more like a thud to the chest, almost electric feeling.

During my browsing the internet as to not fall into a hole, the main thing I come to is Vagal Hyperactivity. Anyone have experience with that, or even just with this feeling.
