Accidentally hit really hard in the nose (bleed on brain)

I was accidentally hit really hard in the nose by my partners head. They were bending down and moving up and then hit my nose.

I’ve heard that this type of hit can cause a bleed on the brain and kill you.
It’s currently throbbing all down the front and really sore and I’m now paranoid this will happen.

I’ve never had an actual nose accidental before where the pain had lasted more than a second. It hurts to touch it and move it.

We have no idea if you have broken your nose but if you are worried then call 111 for advice.
