Slight numbness - top of leg

Hi all, for around 3 days I’ve had slight numbness in an area on the top of the leg. Slight tingles if I’m standing a certain way on it too? I don’t want to google and I’m not particularly worried however has anyone had this?

I was doing so well but it's still there at times. My arm is aching in the morning and when I stand on my left leg it feels like there is a cuff putting slight pressure on it at the bottom. I also have nerve pain int he top left hand of my head when i press it or lay on it. I have gone back years now because of this. Maybe it is stress or something or just under the weather but...

Can being hypervigilant cause pains etc? And or nerve issues
