    Spiralling while travelling

Any tips for getting out a spiral while travelling? After months of therapy and not being too bad, my OCD, HA and GA are through the roof after two weeks in Japan. Two weeks to go and I don't want to wish them away but I just want to be home and feel safe and in control again :(

I take it you're intended to be in Japan for 4 weeks in total?

Unless you're there for a very special reason (e.g, on a very important work-related business trip), it's not compulsory for you to travel anywhere abroad if not absolutely essential, unless you suffer from something like FOMO (fear of missing out), and/or feel the compulsion to 'keep up with the Joneses'.
