Hi everyone,
I"ve had anxiety all my life. I'm always in the ALS rabbit hole, which I hate, and always twitching and I've had tremors in my hands for years - sometimes it goes away but lately it's just staying. I know it's not Parkinsons as I don't have it at rest - I've been to my Dr and she seems very unconcerned which is fine but I still have it!
Does anyone else get constant hand shaking, it's mainly when I type I notice it - or raise my hands up above my keyboard and I can see them all shaking ... If I tense my hands and then release them they shake like crazy!
Does anyone else get this?!

I recently had blood tests and everything was fine.
