Breast worries again

I'm hoping someone can help me. 2 days before Christmas I decided to check my breasts knowing that I was really anxious at that time. I found what I think is a lump. I tried to forget about it and then last week I've just went into overdrive. I can't stop touching it pressing it poking it. The more I press it it's as though its flattening and I can only feel it when I press it with only one finger but when I do a proper breast exam like your supposed to I don't notice it. I take 100mg Sertraline and even that isn't helping right now
