Hi, I used to be a member of 'No More Panic' about ten years ago. I'm back now as despite being on 3 lots of meds for my anxiety, I am struggling with the dreaded big M! I've had Agoraphobia for 4 years but my indoors anxiety has been good, then a couple of weeks back, I have been waking up at 3am in panic and consumed with anxiety all day. My GP has left my psychiatric meds alone and prescribed Everol Conti hrt. Praying for an improvement soon. Got a Gp appointment in person in Feb to see how I am getting on and may ask about a meds change. Anyway, hi!! X
