So I’ve been constipated for going on a week now. Had an anxiety flare up last week and since then back to the GI issues. Constipated with relief a few days later of a semi sold semi soft BM and then back to constipation. Wash rinse and repeat. Well this morning after having the urge to go all morning and nothing but small hard pebbles of stool I had a solid formed BM but upon inspection - not handling, just visual - I noticed what looked like a pinkish spot. Definitely wasn’t red by any means, not a trace of blood on the toilet paper. Should I be worried?
