Hi Everyone
9 hours ago I banged my head on my car door , it was a right doozy and now I am worried I have something serious going on .
My head is still sore , and I now feel sick , I wasn’t unconscious at the time or anything but I’m worried I’ve got some trauma to the Brain .
Please help

The nausea is probably anxiety. I've hit my head hard on a car doorframe before and it hurt for days. I honestly wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks Blue Iris. Headache is still there but easing I think! Honestly can’t believe I did that .
