So, I've been dealing with a lot in my past, I'm usually easily deal with my issues, but I said to not hide them anymore.
I now joined this forum to hopefully feel that I'm normal that I am feeling these things like Anxiety or Trauma-Responses, I may be harder to open up at the moment but at least I'm not 100% closed up and I want to kind of post on here, I will definitly try and help others that are going through what I've overcome
