Hi all, I’m Oli and I’m really pleased I’ve found this forum. I’m bipolar and have anxiety, but over the past couple of years now my health anxiety has become overwhelming, particularly in the past six months my head goes in to some really panicky spaces. I’ve tried explaining to family but I get accused of being a hypochondriac and to stop worrying. Logically I know this but I can’t seem to get my head in that game. I know that Dr Google doesn’t help and I try and avoid it, but it’ll be nice to just talk to people without judgment and will (hopefully) bend a sympathetic ear!
