HA and obsessive googler!

Hello everyone, I am a 35 year old and glad to have found this place! I have HA whereby I compulsively google health symptoms 200 plus times a day and cannot seem to stop. I tried to tell a doctor about this years ago but he didn’t seem to understand so I back tracked however I have an appointment Monday to try and get some help as I cannot keep going like this! Reading some of your posts has helped and diverts me from googling symptoms
