One leg is brisk the other normal - anyone else?

I went to the neurologist and he put that one was 2 and the other 3+ and I've goggled that unilateral reflexes is bad!
He said my neurological exam was normal!?

Why would he say that - it's the leg that wasn't twitching that was stronger - so should I worry - or just trust him??

Google says it's a BAD THING!

According to the NINDS scale 2 & 3 are within normal range. The + apparently means it was between whole grades. All sounds OK from what I've read.
