Skin Cancer Fear

Hello, was wondering if anyone had anything similar as I feel myself spiralling into an episode of severe health anxiety. I have a pink nodule on the side of my thigh. I’ve had it for about 6 years, possibly longer. I’m sure it used to be the colour of my skin but is now a bright pink colour. It’s the size of a rubber on top of a pencil, maybe smaller. It’s started to hurt a little, probably because I tried to squeeze it and I’m touching it a lot.
I’m obviously thinking the worst and googling it. I do not want this to take over my life but I’m getting scared. Does anyone know what this could be other than skin cancer?

Honestly, it's not a likely location for skin cancer. It could easily just be a cyst or something.

That makes sense, plus the bit of skin has never been exposed to sunlight, ever. Still a worry though.

Come to think of it, I have a bunch of random pink nodules on my legs, and the odd one elsewhere.

I've had nodular basal cell carcinoma, and that was in no way the same.
