Rabies????

I know how crazy this sounds but i cannot stop thinking about this. A few nights ago we heard a fox and a cat fighting. Im not even sure if it was our cat. I have a fear that my cat got saliiva from the fox on him, i touched him and now i could have rabies. I know all the things, its rare for foxes to even get rabies, and all that. But i feel like if all the conditons were perfect i could have gotten it from touxhing my cat. My cat had no bites or indicators he was fighting with a fox. I know its crazy but i cant stop stressing over it. And to make my anxiety worse, my throat started hurting yesterday and my glad is swollen on one side. Please help.
