rhodiola

hi everyone
i was browsing through the natural remedies and i came across the thread about relora i have searched for this everywhere and no one had heard of it when i went to the health shop the girl gave me rhodiola im not sure is this related to relora or is it a total different remedy ive been taking it for two days and can see a small result i feel way more relaxed but its early yet after 10 days or so the girl in the shop told me i should see big results.

I had never heard of either one so I did a little googling and it looks like Relora is an extract of two plants - Magnolia officinalis and Phellodenron amurense - whereas Rhodiola is one plant - Rhodiola Rosea.

I may try the Rhodiola myself. I am taking Passiflora/Lemon Balm/Avena Sateva tablets but cant see any difference at all. So I may go and try the Rhodiola as well. It was recommended to me a while ago if I am honest.

Richiex Is it easily aquired ? like from Holland a nd Barret or do you need to order it?

i got rhodiola from holland and barrett and this is my 3rd day and i feel very good surprisingly i think if you are on medication check with your doctor first as i think it interferes with them in some way

Oh right thanks Yrinik, certainly sounds good ! i'm always interested in natural remedys/therapies. I'll keep you posted on what happens

hi all

i have made big progress with rhodiola this is my 8th day on them and still feel good i feel way more relaxed the intrusive thoughts are still there at times but because im feeling relaxed i can deal with them and can honestly say there not on my mind 24hrs, i would really recommend them like i said though i think you would have to consult your doctor before taking them if your on any other medication.will keep updating anyway hope it works for you richie and anyone thinking of getting them

thankyou yrinik for updating on rhodiola, think i will get some today, am taking magnesium and vitamins which had seemed to be helping me alot i'll continue with the vitamin therapy but try the rhodi as well. Don't take much in the way of prescription meds
