hello everybody,is it ok to take Magnesium while im on anti depressants. how much do i take and what kind of Magnesium.also can you recomend other natural products that might help me

Omega 3 and Vit B complex are good choices too

You might want to look into a joint calcium / magnesium one as they need each other to be absorbed best and do your bit to prevent osteoporosis too.
