    Please recommend me...

...a relaxation cd for anxiety. I dont tend to have full on panic attacks anymore, just feel rather axious and tense most days, you know, tight throat, tight shoulders, anxious thoughts, mainly about my health. And if I do something stupid such as google a health symptom this anxiety becomes hightened.

If anyone can recommend a good relaxation cd to help me to wind my body down and cope a bit better with these feeling please let me know.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, mods feel free to move if necessary!

I have a Glen Harold relaxation/trance type CD which I find very soothing. I think it's from infinity or divinity publications, can't quite remember. Good luck.

Thanks all, I ordered the muscle relaxation one from No Panic.

I have been using the Paul McKenna one for losing weight but it didnt do anything so I'm not sure he works for me!
