may i ask whether people still experience these thought patterns whilst in the recovery process?
- constant repetitive thoughts? thinking about the same thing everyday. i'm always thinking about the time i had the last panic attack episode at uni and how i'll have to 'explain' to people if they'll except me back..
- general worries about the future, all the time every time?
- when waking up in morning, you still feel as though your dreaming?
- having conversations with yourself?

could someone please explain why this is happening, i'd be grateful to know of any suggestions as to how to continue coping?
