Is it just me that thinks this?
When you have a really good day and start to feel almost normal again, then the Anxiety returns with a vengeance!
And it really freaks you out, i wonder if there's a reason why this happens.

Hi WDW,
I love having good days.Unfortunately,I also have to cope with some very bad habits.I get complacent,I snack on silly things instead of eating properly,I rush around,I don't get enough rest.I don't do what I'm supposed to do to encourage my recovery to flourish.Hopefully,as time goes by,I will take this on board more readily and life will become more normal.
Best wishes,
Chalky
Hi WDWfan
Have you tried turning this on its head and thinking that good days will follow bad instead?
So when you are going through a particularly anxious period, always remind yourself that it isnt permanent, and that you will feel better eventually
As Chalky has highlighted, its important to take care of yourself all the time, not just in anxious periods. Try and eat properly, get a bit of exercise and take time out for yourself now and again.
I now this is easier said than done because I have trouble putting these into practice but I think if you take the time to look after yourself, this will give you a healthier mind as you are taking care of you

If I could write words
Like leaves on an autumn forest floor,
What a bonfire my letters would make.
If I could speak words of water,
You would drown when I said
"I love you."
Thanks Chalky and Lilith
Yeah i think complacency is a major factor! I think you get that happy that you feel so good then you tend to over do things.
But yeah your right good can follow bad
