fears, ouch - my list is endless

i suffer from agrophobia, anxiety, panic attacks, i haven't been diagnosed but i believe from my actions that i have OCD, i have depression which i have been on antidepressants for 11 years, i self harm... i'm sure there is more, i just can't think of it all...
