fuzzy and tight head? scared!

Hello, i have been getting this really strange tight feeling all over my head, my head keeps going all fuzzy, a bit like pins and needles and my hearing has gone weird like someone has their hand over them, when i hold my nose and blow it seems to get better but im really worried, someone reassure me please,

I get that the whole time - my lips even go numb. It's just another symptom of anxiety..

It is common how you are feeling. It happens to me and i feel like my head is going to explode. So dont worry that is something more.
