Hi, I'm Keeley, I'm 21 years old and I suffer from M.E/CFS as well as PTSD. I like listening to music, watching tv, playing computer games, going for quiet walks by the river, going shopping, cooking...

I to have been diagnosed with CFS / Bipolar. while i have been of meds for 6 months i have recently been getting the symptoms again which have been related to CFS.

My symptoms are:

Tiredness
Unable to do much exercise as muscles ache feel tight
Nerves become very sensitised leading to panic
Vision distortation and seeing light spots before an attack
Muscle twitches in legs
Mania - which is aparently Bipolar but this monly happens when im fatigues
Unable to sleep racing thoughts
unable to relax my mind from stress.

I was diagnosed about 18 months ago after real problems with anxiety and panic set it and it seems a for of CFS started this as my nervous system got run down and couldnt recover.

If you experience symptoms like this it would be good to chat more
