i have this really weird thing going on and its really frihtning me,when i stand up my chest feels very heavy n my brain feels like its pounding,im so worried its a heart probliem does anybody else think it mite b a heart problem,or no wat it is....or had this before lol.im so so worried xxxxx thanks

iv just had a thought iv been tensing the top ov my arms n shoulders up alot today do u think that cud cause the heavy chest wen i stand up????

Hi Hannah

Don't be frightened. When I am tense I get all kinds of problems and weird things going on.
If you keep getting it and are worried then go to your doctor who will check you so he can reassure you you're okay.
