I think i am getting re-obsessed about my heart.
Im trying my best not to as iv seen a cardiologist who said my ectopics are benign/normal/fine.
However, twice in the last week my heart has just started to race and pound suddenly, which has at the time given me the most enormous sense that im going to die there and then.
Im reluctant to go back to the doc with this, as although its new, it never happens when im there, so they just say anxiety and be gone!
Does this sound like panic or something worse,i was just starting to live my life again and now these episodes :(
