    Re: worried

Fatigue is pretty common with pa's/anxiety (particularly because of the depression which often comes with anxiety). I get it when a lot, and I'm pretty young and healthy!
Again, bloating and tummy pains are normal symptoms of anxiety, I get it a lot due to my anxiety!
It'll pass, and it's perfectly normal so don't worry about it honey
    Best wishes

    Re: worried

    Hi there,

Fatigue is very common for sufferers of anxiety and depressed as Alicia says. I myself can often feel tired even when I haven't done very much. I believe when your muscles tense up when you're stressed which is very tiring for your body. At some point soon your body will start to relax again and I'm sure the tiredness will pass.

    Take care,

    Mike
