i am scared today...

Been having palpitations today. Feel really down...

How much longer do i have to go through this.

I don't know whether to go to doctors or not tuesday.

I had an ecg which my doc first thought was abnormal then she sent it to a cardiologist who said it was normal.

Confused, i feel like i can't trust what my body feels

i get palps to and as much as they are realy not nice they wont harm you .i have had ecg,s done and scans and even though they seen the ectopics on both they stil told me i was ok it didnt matter how many i got a day i would still be ok .what make,s it worse is out health anx and pa,s ,makes us think there is somthing wrong when realy we are ok .
i know the more stressed i get the more palps i get now i try to think ok they wont harm me and do somthing to take my mind off them

Hiya Mate,

Please try not to let this stress you out too much, i know it's really hard but it's just the dreaded demon anxiety jumping in with his size tens to try to scare you, send him on his way hun with a flea in his ear!!

Ps. makes a mental note to follow me own advice lol
