head rattling

hi everyone can i ask is head shaking ,visable ,part of anx some days its realy bad then other days it feels like head rattling inside with neck ache any one else suffer with this ?

hi i have had my head shaking inside my head and also the visible shaking but not as often. its all down to anxiety.
