Propranolol??

Been to the Dr and he prescribed this for my anxiety. Anyone else been on this? Does it help?

Ive had it & I stopped after a few days. Felt like I was gonna faint. If you on a low dosage Im sure you be fine.

We all react differently.

Do you suffer from palpitations, adrenaline etc...

I do. I also get the urgent need to go to the loo which can be very distressin. Im on 10mg 3 times a day. What were you on?Xx

Research it,

natural to be nervous when first trying/taking anything. Research will tell you possible side effects (which you can project just by reading), peoples responses who take it and withdrawl effects (which again you can project onto yourself)

im on 30 mg , 3 x a day and now im told i can increase to 40mg x3.

I think its fab , the first week i took it i had cold hands and nose ,lol but that passed and now I am fine. I think I will be on it for life now ,it really takes the shakes and fast heart beat away.

hi I find propranolol suits me i take one every other day and find they do help slow fast heart rate have been taking them for 5yr.
you will feel faint if Bp drops too low being as this medication can keep Bp down also Holly

I had 40mg 3 x daily and it helped to break my anxiety/adrenaline cycle. It got my herat rate down and helped with frequent trips to the loo.
