Panic attacks started in 1992. 1998 i became agoraphobic which lead into being room bound. Couldn't even get upstairs. 2002 i started getting better, able to drive and work. 2005 i became house bound again. 2009 i have been making SLOW progress, still not able to go anywhere alone, but my journeys are getting longer. No where near 'normal' but at least i can go out.

My son gets these alot, he has hayfever and they seem to flare up when his mouth gets dry or scratchy with the hayfever.
His sometimes pop and bleed.
Are they on the roof of your mouth?

are they in your cheeks? have you been grinding your teeth in the night and nipped your cheeks?

No, i had one come up the other day while i was sitting watching tv. I noticed a lump on the side of my mouth, looked in the mirror and there was a blood blister.
I definitely had not bitten myself.

inside of your mouth is very sensitive, it could be anything from eating something sour/salty/hot to stress/tension. I have weeks where i just get one mouth ulcer after another for no reason at all.
