Weird dizziness

I've been having this weird dizziness. It only occurs occasionally, and usually when I'm walking. I'll be walking fine and then all of a sudden it feels like the world falls away. It's really brief and I'm pretty sure it doesn't last more than a second, but still it really scares me. I always worry that it has something to do with my heart. I made the mistake awhile ago of reading about sudden death in teenagers and now I can't stop thinking that it's going to happen to me. I read that the median age is 17 and me being 17 doesn't help. Does this sort of dizziness ever happen to anyone else?

hi im 22 and im going threw the same always when im walking i feeling like im going to just drop.
i have anxiety/panic attacks where my hand is always on my heart feeling if its still beating i always think its going to stop..believe me i know what your going threw and its a horrible feeling but it will not harm us and we will get threw this.
