Anyone have days when......

They just feel achy all over one minuite their legs hurt then their arm, head, neck, back etc etc.
I am having a day like that today My HA has been quite high just lately with fears of Breast cancer not helping with me prodding and poking my poor boobs all day . Now im thinking i've got it and its spread to my bones hence the aches and pains.
Why cnat I just be normal

im having one of those days too,today im scared ive got ovarian cancer been googling which i know i shouldnt,that tells me my bumps could be glands and hiv came up so not only do i have ovarian cancer,cysts i also have hiv!!i dont know what to do i just feel so awful on top of all this i think i have a cold coming so my glands in my neck are slighlty sore
