to NMP. It's great that you've joined. There is so much information & help here. I know what you mean when you say that you're feeling anxious and you don't know why. I would feel like that a lot as well - it's the anxiety playing its tricks. There are times as well where I'd think that 'anxiety' couldn't be this bad and that it must be something else / I'm going mad. I am finding it helpful to read of other peoples experiences and advice on here. It makes you realise that it is the anxiety that is making you feel like this. All the best xx

Hi unless you suffer with anxiety I dont think anyone can possibly
understand I have tried to describe it to people but they just dont get it
I have even said to my husband that I wish he could experience it just for
a day which is terrible because I wouldnt wish this feeling on my worst enemy

Im going for a kidney scan today i feel scared and fearing the worst cancer ect..im depressed and dont dont know how im gonna cope with the news i dont know who i can talk too i feel so alone...

Thanks Nessa i hope my fears are wrong its just that everytime im unwell its THIS TIME its terminal and THIS TIME is no different my GP has told me there's no need to worry but i still do and your right i feel i cant talk to my family because i dont want to worry them but at the same time they can see im not happy and depressed i feel trapped in my mind need to find peace...

Hi Nessa,

There are times I just sit and cry as well - the whole thing just gets so overwhelming. I also find that I can cry a lot more about things that I would never have even thought of before this - if that makes sense. I suppose it is because the emotions are on high alert a lot of the time - and crying maybe helps to let go of some of the anxiety. Take care xx
