Hi It's difficult to know what the white spot might be; & i'm assuming it's not oral thrush ,because she referred you to a specialist. Didn't she give you an idea what it was; or were you frightened to ask ??? I would have hoped she would have examined the whole mouth; and sounds like she did if she referred to it as an mot.. I'm surprised she didn't give you a better explanation; perhaps you should make another appointment; and ask in more depth.. Sorry can't be more help.
    GOOD LUCK

Well you can not get more than 100%, I would try not to worry and put it out of your mind, I know hard with HA but you saw a specialist in that area who gave you 100%.

Perhaps its was the start/end of an ulcer, or something as simple as that, perhaps you bit your mouth and it was just healing. x

I've done this quite a bit and had those white ulcers and they are also caused by stress. They sometimes take awhile to heal and are painful but harmless. As the othes have said you can't get better than 100%.

    Take care,
