Tight throat/swallowing problems - you have to try this!

For all of those that have the swallowing problems and tight throat then I have found something that really does seem to work!

I was getting very panicky earlier over my swallowing problems and yesterday I bought a Therapeutic Wheat Lavender Heated Neck Wrap/Bag.

You microwave it then put it round your neck and it is heavily scented with Lavender so smells lovely.

Mine was expensive cos I bought it at a Garden Centre but you can get them online cheaper.

Yeah they are Fab Nic,

I love them and when they start to loose there smell I put a couple of drops of aromatherpy oil on it to refresh it.
