Red ears

Hi,

Does anyone else's ears go red randomly? Sometimes only one of my ears goes red, and I mean very red for seemingly no reason. I'm not really worried about this, just wondering what it could be and if there's something I can do about it. I know it has to have something to do with blood circulation. It's very noticable so it can be a little embarassing. Once it goes red it can remain that way for quite some time too.
