    To aching arm

I too have this complaint and it gets so bad that the top muscle in my arm actually seizes up. I used to think that I was having a heart attack but I had an ECG and it was fine. The doctor sent me to physio and he told me that it is caused by anxiety tightening up my neck muscles and that the aching arm is referred pain. It only happens to me now when I am extemely anxious such as being caught in heavy traffic.
