Feel hot but no high temperature

I've been coming over very hot this evening, i feel hot on my skin and forehead so my girlfriend said - but I haven't got a high temperature as it is just 36.2 - is this normal to feel hot now and again. I think I have a slight cold too

My other half just came down and said you are really hot !

I have the back door open now for some air.

Hi Byron. If you have symptoms of a cold then its likely the reason why you feel hot. With a cold you can still feel hot without having a high temp. And even if the cold progresses a bit over the next few days and you do have a slightly higher temp, try not to worry...just drink plenty of fluids and rest up and you'll be fine.

Hi, your not going mad, feeling hot is also a symtom of anxiety and panic,I get hot right down the back of my neck and then all over, but temp is normal, just take extra special care, like alreadyb said drink plenty, lots of bugs going around at moment,
