hi there, i suffer from palpitations with my anxiety but these last few days my heart has felt as if it keeps quivering and sometimes feels a bit achy if that makes sense. Just wondered if anyone else has had these symptoms cause its starting to scare me.

yes i get the quivery feeling too. the doc says there is nothing wrong with my heart just anxiety. but it sure is scarey. just try to do things to keep your mind off your heart. hard i know

i know exactly what your on about, only i call it a shaky heart, i had an ecg and full blood tests all normal, my gp said it was down to my anxiety, i find that to much caffine makes my heart shake, hope ive been of some help your not on your own with this one

Yea it's scarry isn't it. Your first step should be to contact your Doc. to get it checked out If you have already done so. Chances are it's only anxiety but don't take chances.
