I voted feeling spaced out, but usually when my meds are changed I feel nausious and have a headache too

Hmm, let me see. What side-effects do I often get with the medications I've been on? I often get insomnia, constipation, muscle weakness in my arms (though I try to exercise them to help), emotional numbness with certain things, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, dry mouth. All of those I've pretty much got with all the meds I've used (and I've used a lot). The latest med I'm on (Effexor) gives me some strange side-effects I haven't had before, and this is when I stand up quickly I get very dizzy.
