Hi everyone,
For 4.5 years I've been taking Sertraline (Lustral) and although it has helped, in recent months my anxiety (GAD) has grown worse. I have an appointment with the doctor on Monday, and wondered what you guys have found to be a good anti depressant? I am also taking Mirtazapine.
I have felt ill for so long and really want to find a drug that can help me better than Sertraline does.

Have you had any therapy to help as well like CBT?

I had CBT for OCD. It didn't work. Haven't had it for anxiety.
