head/neck ache and arm/leg aches

hey, tonight i don't feel too good, i have a headache at the back of my head which is really painful and that pain goes down to my neck as well, i have had this for two days now. i also have been getting aches and pains in arms and legs and i'm starting to worry something may be seriously wrong. any advice/reassurance ASAP before i go to bed?
oh by the way i'm on the chat room if anyone could come on for a chat that would be great.

as long as your not feeling sick or have any other symptoms i think your ok.
did you sleep funny on your neck or maybe your muscles are tense?
i once had a headache for 3 days! it was caused by stress.
if it doesn't go, you could see your doctor.
